G.B. (Nick) Nicholson, president of Nicholson & Associates, Inc., has directed the buying and selling of businesses since 1984. He holds a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, MBA in finance, BS in engineering and a real estate broker’s license. Nick is a past president of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers and a member of the International Business Brokers Association.

Nick’s business experience includes starting a distribution company that grew to $20 million in sales within two years. He also sold engineering services for a major engineering and construction company, worked for several small and midsize manufacturing companies in sales and operations, and owned a small retail business. His diverse experience is a valuable asset in marketing businesses, understanding the needs of sellers and buyers and advising business owners on their business operations.
